About
I'm a Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services on the Premium Support Linux team in Mexico. I specialize in helping customers troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across EC2, networking, storage, and systems management.
Before the cloud, I worked as a software developer building web applications with modern frameworks. That background gives me an edge — I understand both the infrastructure and the application layer, and I enjoy working where the two meet.
When I'm away from the terminal, you'll find me reading fantasy novels, gaming, or building side projects to automate workflows and learn about distributed systems.
